Industry Challenges

What this industry deals with.

  • Heat, dust, vibration, and electrical noise stressing standard hardware
  • IP and trade-secret protection in R&D and proprietary process areas
  • OSHA PPE compliance and safety incident documentation
  • OT / production network isolation from corporate IT
  • Cleanroom environments with strict particulate and access requirements
Core Capabilities

Industrial Security Solutions

Rugged technology built for harsh manufacturing environments.

Process Monitoring

Watch the line.

High-frame-rate cameras integrated with production machinery to identify bottlenecks and quality control issues.

Thermal Detection

Prevent fires.

Radiometric thermal cameras that detect overheating equipment or spontaneous combustion risks before a fire starts.

Safety Compliance

Enforce PPE.

AI analytics that automatically detect if workers are missing hard hats, safety vests, or goggles in restricted zones.

IP Protection

Secure the secrets.

Strict access control and video surveillance around R&D labs and proprietary manufacturing processes.

Use Cases

How this gets applied.

PPE compliance analytics

AI cameras flag missing hard hats, vests, or eye protection in restricted zones with non-disruptive alerting to area supervisors.

Thermal fire prevention

Radiometric thermal cameras detecting overheating equipment, electrical hot spots, and combustion risks before fire occurs.

IP and proprietary-process protection

Strict access control around R&D labs and proprietary lines, with no-photo zones enforced via signage, badge audit, and visitor screening.

Cleanroom access

Anti-passback, gowning-room sequencing, and biometric verification in cleanroom environments; cleanroom-rated camera enclosures.

Compliance & Standards

Built to the standards that apply.

OSHA / 29 CFR 1910

Workplace safety standards; surveillance and analytics support investigation and documentation.

NDAA Section 889

Required for any manufacturer holding federal contracts.

ITAR / EAR

Access controls and surveillance supporting export-controlled environment requirements.

FAQs

Frequently asked.

Can your cameras handle our environment?

Yes — we deploy cameras rated for the specific challenges of the site: explosion-proof enclosures for hazardous locations, vibration-dampened mounts for stamping and forging, IP66/IP67 housings for washdown, cleanroom-rated for semiconductor and pharma. Hardware is selected per zone, not blanket.

How do you isolate OT and IT networks?

Surveillance, access, and corporate IT live on segmented VLANs with appropriate firewall policies. Where OT integration is required (PLC events tied to camera alerts), we use one-way gateways or strictly limited proxies — never broad access.

Will analytics integrate with our quality and safety systems?

Yes. We tie analytics events into ITSM, EHS, and quality systems via API or webhook, so a flagged PPE event creates the right ticket in the right system without operator double-entry.

Are you NDAA compliant for defense and dual-use manufacturers?

Yes — NDAA-compliant cameras and network equipment are the default at any manufacturer with federal contracts.
